The Certified Staff Registry is intended solely for employment and compliance purposes. Data must not be used for unauthorized or unlawful activities. Employers are responsible for final identity verification prior to hiring.
5. Training & Certificates
The platform offers training programs and digital certificates based on defined criteria. Certified Hub is not responsible for misuse of certificates or false submissions. Certificates do not replace any additional legal or regulatory requirements unless explicitly stated.
6. Fees & Subscriptions
Some services are free, while others require paid subscriptions. Fees are non-refundable once the service is activated, unless otherwise stated. The platform may revise pricing with prior notice.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Certified Hub processes personal data in compliance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Data is used only for stated purposes. Users may request data modification or deletion at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the platform. Certified Hub does not guarantee employment or job placement. Employment decisions remain the sole responsibility of employers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content; trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by Certified Hub. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
10. Account Termination
Users may close their accounts at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
11. Amendments
Certified Hub may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Note: We do not collect or display sensitive data such as Emirates ID or passport details.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Data is processed strictly for:
Providing training and exam services - Issuing and managing digital certificates - Listing profiles in the Certified Staff Registry - Enabling certificate verification and compliance - Facilitating professional communication and recruitment - Improving platform services and user experience - Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Data processing is based on:

Performance of a requested service or contract

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes. Certain professional data may be visible to registered employers for employment and compliance purposes. Data may be shared with technical service providers strictly to deliver platform services.

I hereby confirm, as an authorized representative of the company, my consent to use Certified Hub and access the Certified Staff Registry for legitimate purposes, including:
- Searching for certified professionals
- Verifying professional certificates
- Managing workforce compliance
- Supporting recruitment and human resource decisions
I acknowledge and agree that:
- Registry data will be used solely for employment and compliance purposes
- No employee data shall be copied, shared, or used for marketing or unlawful activities
- Communication with individuals shall occur only through approved platform channels or with their consent
- The company remains fully responsible for final identity verification prior to hiring
I further understand and agree that:
- Certified Hub does not guarantee employment or candidate suitability
- All hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the employer
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in case of misuse
Employer Consent for Training, Exams, and Employee Data Processing
I hereby confirm, as an authorized representative of the company, my consent for Certified Hub to provide training and examination services to the company's employees and to collect and process the necessary data for this purpose, including:
- Enrolling employees in training programs
- Managing learning activities, assessments, and examinations
- Issuing and storing digital certificates
- Tracking training progress and certificate validity
- Generating training and compliance reports for the company
I acknowledge and confirm that:
- I am legally authorized to register employees and submit their data
- Employees are informed and have consented to participate in training and examinations
- All information provided is accurate and up to date
I further understand and agree that:
- Examination results are based solely on individual employee performance
- Completion of training or exams does not guarantee employment, promotion, or regulatory approval
- Certified Hub is not responsible for administrative or employment decisions based on training outcomes
- Certain courses or certificates may not replace additional requirements imposed by regulatory authorities
Consent to Personal Data Processing for Individuals
I hereby acknowledge and consent to Certified Hub collecting, processing, and using my personal and professional data, including my name, professional certificates, work experience, location, and contact details, for the purpose of:
- Listing my profile in the Certified Staff Registry
- Allowing registered employers to view my professional qualifications
- Verifying certificates and ensuring compliance
- Facilitating employment opportunities and professional communication through the platform
I understand and agree that:
- My information will only be visible to registered employers on the platform
- My data will not be shared with third parties outside the scope of employment and compliance
- I have the right to update, hide, or request deletion of my profile at any time
- No sensitive personal data (such as Emirates ID or passport details) will be displayed
Consent for Training, Exams, and Personal Data Processing
I hereby acknowledge and consent to Certified Hub providing training and examination services to me and to the collection, processing, and use of my personal and professional data for this purpose, including:
- Enrolling in training programs
- Managing learning activities, assessments, and examinations
- Issuing and storing digital certificates in my profile
- Tracking my training progress and certificate validity
- Enabling certificate verification for compliance and employment purposes
I understand and agree that:
- Training completion and exam results depend solely on my individual performance
- Exam results are final in accordance with platform policies
- Completing a course or earning a certificate does not guarantee employment or career advancement
- Certain certificates may not replace additional requirements imposed by regulatory authorities
I further agree that:
- My data will be used strictly for training, assessment, and professional compliance purposes
- My data will not be shared with third parties outside the scope of service delivery
- I have the right to access, update, or request deletion of my data at any time
Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, subscriptions, training programs, and examinations offered by Certified Hub.
2. Subscriptions (Individuals & Employers)
All subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the service is activated.
A subscription is considered active upon: successful payment, first login, or accessing any paid feature.
Reason: Subscriptions provide immediate access to digital services that cannot be revoked once used.
3. Training Courses
Course fees are non-refundable once access to course content has started. If a course has not been accessed at all, a refund request may be considered within 24 hours of payment, subject to platform approval.
4. Examinations
Exam fees are non-refundable once an exam is booked or started. In the event of a verified technical issue caused by the platform, Certified Hub may reschedule the exam or allow a reattempt at no additional cost.
5. Certificates
Fees for issuing digital or printed certificates are non-refundable once issued. Certified Hub is not responsible for third-party acceptance of certificates.
6. Exceptional Cases
Refunds or compensation may be considered only in the following cases: a major technical failure caused by the platform preventing service use, or proven duplicate charges or payment errors. Final decisions in such cases remain at sole discretion of Certified Hub.
7. Account Cancellation
Users may cancel their accounts at any time. Account cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund of previously paid fees.
8. Policy Updates
Certified Hub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the website.
Certificate Verification Disclaimer

Certified Hub provides certificate verification services based on the data and information submitted to the platform by the certificate holder or the issuing entity.
By using this verification service, users acknowledge and agree that:
- The verification result reflects a match against records available on the platform at the time of verification only
- Certified Hub does not guarantee the legal validity or acceptance of certificates for purposes beyond professional or informational use
- Final identity verification of the certificate holder remains the sole responsibility of the employer or verifying party
- Certified Hub shall not be liable for any employment, compliance, or administrative decisions made based on verification results
Certified Hub further disclaims responsibility for:
- Unauthorized or unlawful use of certificates
- Any changes to certificate status after the time of verification
- Rejection of certificates by third parties or regulatory bodies
The verification service is provided for informational and professional purposes only and does not replace any legal or regulatory requirements imposed by official authorities.
